Custom-fit Golf Clubs Will Help You Play Better!

Maybe you don't like the way they look. Maybe you think they look pretty exotic. But none of that matters after you pound a drive straight down the fairway past all your buddies.

That's what happened to me earlier this year when I first bought a Gigagolf Ozzy Moto (a Nike Sumo Squared clone). My playing partners laughed at the way it looked. They laughed at the way it sounded. But by the end of the round, they were all asking how they could get their hands on one. The were also surprised that I got a club with that much technology for under $100.

You might benefit from a square driver too. If you have trouble keeping the ball in the fairway or if you suffer from lack of distance, a square golf driver will help add distance to your tee shots and reduce any hook or slice spin you generate from off-center hits. I was surprised that my well-hit drives were travelling 30-50 yards further, but even more surprised that my "bad" hits were still going as far or further than my old driver.

But the new Square Drivers are Expensive, Aren't They?

The new square drivers sold by Callaway and Nike are expensive. And since they are so new, there isn't even a second-hand market for them yet. But that's where clone golf drivers come in. Like I mentioned earlier, I bought an Ozzy Moto from Gigagolf whichis a clone of the Nike Sumo Squared. Pinemeadow Golf has a Tour Series BLOC 455cc Driver out which is kind of a clone of the Callway ft-i square driver. BOth are available well equiped for under $100!

What if I Don't Like the "Square Driver" Look?

There are plenty of excellent quality golf driver clones that have the more conventional golf head. In fact, there are far more choices for this type of club than for the square drivers. A lot of it has to do with your preference for look and style, but most of the newer versions will still be better than anything you have in your bag that is more than a couple years old. Check out the featured clone clubs in the left column for ideas of what's available. We keep adding the latest versions as they become available.

What if I Try a New Clone Golf Club and Don't Like it?

Send it back. All of the clone golf club manufacturers we recommend are reputable companies with solid customer service. They want you to be pelased with the product you buy, and they will usually bend over backwards for you so that you will come back and buy from them again. Each company is different, but most clone golf companies allow you at least 30 days to try their clubs and offer a full refund if you don't like them.

Start Building your Clone Golf Set Now with a New Driver

A driver is a great place to start your venture into clone golf clubs. While it isn't necessarily the most important club in your bag, it certainly ranks right up there. If you are driving it long and straight off the tee, it can only build confidence for the rest of your game. Plus good tee shots put you in the best position to score well. Once you find the right clone driver, then you can start upgrading the rest of the clubs in your set. In addition to impressing your golfing buddies, you may just impress yourself with how far and how straight you hit it with a new clone golf driver. And most important, you'll have a lot more fun playing golf!
